This Book tries to assess corporate criminal responsibility for complicity in international crimes in Africa by taking the case of DRC as a demonstration. Lastly, the Book suggests for the clear inclusion of corporate criminal responsibility under the Congolese law and the Rome Statute. It also suggests the consolidation of corporate criminal responsibility under the Protocol of the African Court of Justice and Human rights.
