Au fond ce fut une lecture plaisante, car les batailles sont bien décrites, l'univers a des facettes intéressantes, et certains personnages ont un arc vraiment prenant (Ji-hyeon, Maroto, Purma, Sullen, ...), même si ironiquement l'héroïne est moins ambivalente que je ne l'aurais cru, de même pour les antagonistes. Pas le coup de coeur que j'aurais espéré, mais une bonne saga malgré tout.

Un mal pour un bien est que l'héroïne principale, Zosia, en dépit de son côté moralement gris que je reconnais toujours, paraît parfois un peu simpliste. J'ai trouvé plus de nuances et de profondeur chez des personnages comme Maroto, Purma et Sullen, et même chez Ji-hyeon pourtant moralement moins ambiguë. (2/4)

L'humour se mêle à merveille avec les moments plus dramatiques, et les enjeux fonctionnent malgré la multiplicité des POVs par rapport au premier tome. Une saga ma foi fort sympathique !
